Mr. Kremers, after a test phase of RGX-tool holders you have used them several times on your CNC lathes with M-function. How would you assess this product after more than 2 years of hard use in contract manufacturing?
Mr. Kremers:
In the beginning we were a little sceptical if a driven tool in the lower price range would fit our high requirements regarding smooth running, longlife quality and accuracy.
After the presentation of the new product by Mr. Giebeler we agreed with the test but only because we got a very good and longer experience with Mr. Giebeler as areliable and fair business partner But looking back, this test turned out to be a full success for our company.
The RGX-tool holders meet our high quality standards and besides the short delivery times, a not inconsiderable aspect in the subcontracting business, they are very attractively priced at the same time.
The wear and tear of the used milling tools could be reduced by nearly 30 % because of the stability of the RGX-tool holders.
And if there really was a problem, the tool holders were either exchanged within the warranty period or repaired very quickly without long discussions.
We are really very happy having discovered these live tool holder for our company.
