Here you can see the production of the tool holder from the raw material to the finished product!
On the beginning of every production, the raw material has to be cut.
Every batch receives an ID-card and is delivered to the machining centers and lathes
The machining of the livetool body is designed for maximum accuracy.
All relevant reference dimensions are manufactured without unnecessary reclamping on modern machining centers from well-known manufacturers such as Okuma and DMG.
The final inspection of the individual components takes place via a coordinate measuring machine in the air-conditioned measuring room.
The fully assembled and already tested tool holders are now laser-labeled with the article number and logo
The last process is also one of the most important:
Each driven tool holder is tested in the test bench for hours at changing speeds with regard to vibrations and the temperature.
The seals of holders with internal cooling are tested with coolant - nothing is left to chance!
Another RGX tool holder is ready. Packed securely, he is now going on a journey to his future owner.
This overview shows the manufacturing steps to the finished product. The toolholders are of course modular and most of the components are available from stock. We achieve an average delivery time of 5-8 working days.
