RGX quality

Do RGX tools meet my requirements in terms of quality and precision?

Here you can see the production of the tool holders from raw material to the finished product!

The beginning of every production is the cutting of the raw material.

Each batch receives an accompanying card and is delivered to the machining centers and lathes.

The machining of the base bodies is designed for maximum precision.

All relevant reference dimensions are manufactured without unnecessary reclamping on modern machining centers from well-known manufacturers such as Okuma and DMG.

Here, a drive shaft is machined on a cylindrical grinding machine after heat treatment, and rings are machined on a surface grinding machine.
The production of a Live tool requires many different manufacturing processes and precise coordination of the processes!

In addition to the production itself, all processes must be recorded.
Therefore, the components go through production with complete documentation.

The final inspection of each component is carried out using a coordinate measuring machine in the air-conditioned measuring room.

The fully assembled and tested tool holders are now laser-labeled with the article number and logo

The last process is also one of the most important:

Each Live tool holder is tested in the test bench for hours at varying speeds with regard to vibrations and temperature.

The seals of holders with internal cooling are tested with coolant - nothing is left to chance!

Another RGX tool holder is finished. Safely packaged, it now embarks on its journey to its future owner.

This overview shows the production steps leading up to the finished product. The mounts are, of course, modular in design, and most of the components are available from stock. This allows us to achieve an average delivery time of 8-14 working days.
