Shipping policy

We ship packages on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. via insured shipping with various courier services.

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary.

Deliveries within Germany:

For the “Standard Shipping” option, we charge a flat shipping fee of €35 per order.

International deliveries:

For the “Standard Shipping” option, we charge a flat shipping fee of €89 per order.

Delivery Times

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 5 business days.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
