Mr. Kremers, after a test phase of the RGX tool holders, you are now using them several times on your CNC lathes with M function. How do you rate this product after more than two years of tough contract manufacturing use?
Kremers:
We were initially somewhat skeptical about whether a Live tool in the lower price segment could meet our high demands for smooth operation, durability, and precision. After Mr. Giebeler presented his new product to us, we only agreed to test it because we have long known Mr. Giebeler as a reliable and fair business partner.
Looking back, this test turned out to be a real hit for our company.

The delivery time and price are also very attractive, a significant factor in contract manufacturing. The stability of the Live RGX holders has reduced wear on the milling cutters by almost 30%.
If there really was a problem, the brackets were replaced within the warranty period without any long discussion or a quick repair was carried out.
We are really happy to have discovered these tools for ourselves.
