When Ralf Giebeler came to me in 2017 with the idea of offering high-quality new Live tools with our refurbished used machines, I was a bit skeptical whether the new product, RGX-Tools, from Ralf Giebeler could meet the high demands of our Okuma customers.
Mr. Giebeler provided us with various RGX tool holders and Live tools for testing.
We have now distributed or sold a large number of tool holders to our customers and have received only positive feedback so far.
